With Khenpo Paljor Gyatso

Every Saturday, I offer Dharma talks centered on meditation, mindfulness practice, and self-reflection. These teachings provide practical methods for cultivating calm and relaxation, and for working skillfully with disturbing emotions so they do not disrupt daily life. I also share instruction in mantras, mudras, ritual ceremonies, and Buddhist theory. Classes are held live on Zoom as well as in person at the Path of Liberation Hall.
